Everything was fantastic, lovely staff, lovely volunteers, very warm homely feel. Caring, understanding, respectful, very happy that my mum spent her last days in such beautiful surroundings. Thank you for making my wife's last days as comfortable as possible. I found the support of all the staff really comforting for both myself and Pauline.

My wife Margeme has been treated excellent since arriving at the hospital. Treated with dignity and respect, thanking all staff for the care and attention given to Margeme. Very much appreciated by my family and myself. Thank you.

Everybody is so warm and friendly. Feels like an extended family. Being out and meeting people has improved my mental well being. There is nothing that could be improved.
